1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Diipu ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Diipu is a social music sharing platform that allows users to share music links, discover new songs through friends, and engage with a community of music lovers. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue it at any time.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on Diipu. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

5. User-Generated Content Policy

Diipu has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. By using the Service, you agree to the following content guidelines:

Prohibited Content

  • Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or hateful
  • Sexually explicit or pornographic material
  • Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm
  • Hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
  • Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of other users
  • Spam, scams, or misleading content
  • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Personal information of others without their consent
  • Impersonation of any person or entity
  • Viruses, malware, or other malicious code

Content Moderation

We actively moderate content on Diipu. Users can report objectionable content or abusive behavior using the report feature available on posts, comments, and profiles. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours and takes appropriate action, including content removal and user account termination.

Blocking Users

You can block any user to prevent them from seeing your content or interacting with you. Blocked users cannot view your profile, posts, or send you any notifications.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by Diipu and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Music links shared on the platform remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.) that are not owned or controlled by Diipu. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DIIPU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
